Snehasish Maity

Born in 1971. He completed an MFA at M.S. University of Baroda, and received a Junior Research Fellowship from the Government of India and the Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Award from Canada in 1999. He has held three solo exhibitions and has participated in many national and international exhibitions, including the 40^th and 41^st National Exhibition (India), Osaka Print Biennale (Japan), the International Print Exhibition (Portland, USA), and the Singapore Art Fair and Contemporary Indian Art Show in the Nehru Centre (London). His work has been collected by the National gallery of Modern Art India, Portland Museum, as well as many corporate and private collectors.
